4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces of Brie cheese
2 medium tart apples (like Granny Smith)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt

1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the Brie cheese, diced apples, chopped thyme, and honey. Mix well until evenly distributed.
