  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • Stir in the brown sugar, lemon juice, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper. Allow it to simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Once the mixture is thickened, remove it from heat and blend for a smoother consistency.
  • Pour the jam into sterilized jars while it’s still warm. Seal tightly and let it cool before refrigerating.
