1 lb of ground chicken
1 cup of orzo pasta
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook 1 cup of orzo pasta in boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes), then drain and cool.
In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, cooked orzo, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
