  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or use frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped spinach, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
