  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
