4 cups of cooked rice (day-old preferred)
1 lb of diced chicken breast
2 large eggs
1 cup of diced carrots
1 cup of diced bell pepper
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
½ cup of chopped green onions
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
Instructions
Gather and prep all your ingredients, ensuring the rice is chilled.
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Cook the diced chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
