  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of diced carrots
  • 1 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • ½ cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
