200 grams of Biscoff cookies
4 ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups of whole milk (or alternative milk)
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of heavy cream (for caramel)
1/4 cup of unsalted butter (for caramel)
1 cup of sugar (for caramel)
Additional crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish
