2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of frozen blueberries
8 oz of cream cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of butter (melted)
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sugar until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract together.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
Half of your batter goes into a greased loaf pan. Then, dollop the cream cheese mixture on top and swirl it in slowly. Pour the remaining batter over it.
Bake in your preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once baked, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
