2 cups of Fresh Blueberries
1 cup of Pistachios (shelled)
4 cups of Mixed Greens (spinach, arugula, kale)
½ cup of Feta Cheese (crumbled)
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Honey or Maple Syrup
To taste of Salt and Pepper
