Wash the blueberries thoroughly. If using frozen blueberries, thaw them for a few minutes.
Blend the blueberries until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, pulse until desired consistency.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
