4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Next, add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
