4 large bell peppers (any color)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
Optional: pre-bake the peppers for 10 minutes for a softer texture.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheese. Mix until creamy.
Taste and adjust flavors with salt, pepper, or more buffalo sauce.
