1 block of firm tofu
1 cup Buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup vegan ranch dressing (optional)
Sliced avocado (optional)
Diced green onions (optional)
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for at least 30 minutes.
