  • 4 ounces of turkey breast, sliced thinly
  • 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon, crispy and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, softened
  • Fresh arugula or spinach, for a refreshing crunch (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Layer with turkey slices, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese. Top with fresh arugula and cover with the second slice, buttered side facing out.
