1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar for bolder flavor)
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix (homemade or store-bought)
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). While it’s heating up, rinse your cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into even-sized florets to ensure uniform roasting.
