  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare them by thinly slicing the ribeye steak, dicing the bell peppers and onions.
