1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder (to taste)
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Flour (for dusting)
Optional: Olive oil, for brushing
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the dough into bone shapes (1 inch wide and 5 inches long).
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the shapes along with garlic powder.
Twist each piece to create a bone appearance.
Place the twisted bones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg and drizzle olive oil if desired.
