Instructions
Begin by washing your baby potatoes thoroughly. Once cleaned, slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Set them aside. Prep your smoked sausage by slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes and sausage are well-coated.
