1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan, and egg until thoroughly incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the chicken mixture onto the lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, approximately 10-12 inches in diameter.
