1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook the Manicotti Shells: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the manicotti shells and cook them according to package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated.
