8 oz. orzo pasta
1 lb. chicken sausage, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cups chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Lemon zest (optional)
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
