1 cup of unsalted butter (softened)
¾ cup of granulated sugar
¾ cup of brown sugar (packed)
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of oats
½ cup of chopped nuts
½ cup of dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
½ cup of coconut flakes
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
