  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or using muffin liners.
  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine both mixtures until just combined.
  • To create the cinnamon swirl, in a bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter, add a teaspoon of the cinnamon swirl mixture, and cover with more batter.
  • Use a toothpick to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
  • Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
