Ingredients
Scale
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of unsalted butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6–8 Cadbury Eggs (chopped)
1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Cadbury Eggs.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
