1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

Pour half of the crumb mixture into the prepared pan, pressing it down firmly to form an even crust. Set the remaining mixture aside.

Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture evenly over the lemon filling, then bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set and the top is slightly golden.
