2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients – Start by cutting the beef into 1-inch pieces and chopping the vegetables into similarly sized pieces.
Step 2: Sear the Beef – In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef pieces in batches, searing for 3-4 minutes until browned.
