1 tsp paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Using a spoon, scoop small amounts of the mixture and shape them into thin disks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
