1 lb of ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) of canned diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) of tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) of canned corn
1 can (15 oz) of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup of chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Start by prepping your vegetables. Dice your onion and bell pepper, and mince your garlic.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it's no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
