1 pound gnocchi
1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound Italian sausage (bulk or casings removed)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.
