4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of cooked white rice
Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the pan and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute.
