2 tbsp of red curry paste
4 cups of vegetable broth
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 package of dumpling wrappers
1 cup of cubed tofu
1 cup of sliced bell pepper
½ cup of fresh cilantro for garnish
1 lime, juiced
Instructions
