  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Reserve a cup of pasta water, drain, and set pasta aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil, season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, cooking until browned.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese to create a smooth sauce.

  • Melt additional butter in a pan, sauté more minced garlic, and coat fresh or cooked pasta shells in garlic butter.
