4 large Russet potatoes
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped Fresh parsley (optional)
Start by thoroughly washing your russet potatoes. Optionally peel them and cut into uniform fries—about 1/4 inch thick.
Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
