Description
Enjoy crunchy air fryer banana chips coated in cinnamon sugar. A tasty snack that’s easy to make and satisfyingly delicious! Perfect for any time!
2 large ripe bananas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Olive oil spray as needed
Begin by peeling the ripe bananas. Make sure they are just the right level of ripeness: not too soft but sweet enough to enhance the flavor.
Cut the bananas into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick. The thinner the slices, the crispier the chips will become and ensure they cook evenly.
In a mixing bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Toss the banana slices in this mixture until every slice is thoroughly coated.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the banana slices in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even cooking.
Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook the banana chips for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through.
Once the chips are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
