2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced potatoes

3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package of refrigerated pie crusts (or you can make your own)
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
