  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 2 oz dark chocolate, shaved for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50 minutes until edges are set, then turn off the oven and cool for an hour inside.
