2 lbs of boneless chicken thighs or breasts

1/4 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
3 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups of broccoli florets
Sesame seeds for garnish
Trim excess fat from the boneless chicken thighs or breasts and place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
