3 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
8 medium tortillas (flour or corn)
8 oz of cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) of green enchilada sauce
2 cups of shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup of onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheese, green enchilada sauce, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped onion. Stir until fully incorporated.
