8 oz of whole wheat pasta
1 lb of chicken breast
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups of fresh spinach
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil a large pot of salted water, add the whole wheat pasta, and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
