4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, pat them dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Halve the baby potatoes.
In the crockpot, layer the halved potatoes first, followed by the seasoned chicken breasts. Sprinkle minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Pour the chicken broth over the entire mixture and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
