1 pound of steak (sirloin, flank, or any cut of choice)
1 cup of brown rice
2 cups of bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), chopped
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions
