1 lb of thinly sliced beef (flank steak or ribeye)
1 cup of chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
1 medium of sliced onion
4 oz of cream cheese
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Beef – Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
