2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
