1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup of protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1/2 cup of dried blueberries or fresh blueberries
1/4 cup of chia seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and dried blueberries. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until coated.
Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
