1 cup (2 sticks) of unsalted butter
1 cup, packed of brown sugar
½ cup of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of mini chocolate eggs
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until fully mixed.
In another bowl, cream the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
