3/4 cup of milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of fresh strawberries (sliced)
Whipped cream for topping
Cooking spray or butter for cooking
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, blend the milk, egg, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
