  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for sautéing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (for garnishing, optional)

  • Instructions

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set them aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • To the chicken, add the minced garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
  • Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated, about 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
