  • 1 round loaf of sourdough bread
  • 8 oz of brie cheese
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 4 tbsp of butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp of fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) (chopped)
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about an inch of crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened brie, cranberry sauce, minced garlic, melted butter, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Fill the hollowed bread with the brie and cranberry mixture, packing it generously. Replace the lid of the bread.
  • Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, then unwrap and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and the brie is bubbling.
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm for guests to enjoy.
