1 round loaf of sourdough bread
8 oz of brie cheese
1 cup of cranberry sauce
4 tbsp of butter (melted)
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tbsp of fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) (chopped)
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about an inch of crust.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened brie, cranberry sauce, minced garlic, melted butter, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Fill the hollowed bread with the brie and cranberry mixture, packing it generously. Replace the lid of the bread.
Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, then unwrap and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and the brie is bubbling.
Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm for guests to enjoy.
