1 cup of orzo pasta
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
