  • 1 medium of onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste of pepper
  • 4 of whole wheat wraps or pitas
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of cucumber, shredded
  • ½ cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped

  • Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Stir well until the ingredients are seamlessly blended.
